Rorschach Test

Not quite random but the idea was, from Hermann Rorschach, using a series of created inkblot paintings, a persons mental health can be derived from what the person describes.

Key thing to note is that there is no correct or wrong answer to a description. Rorschach believed that from just the way you describe it, he can make pretty clear conclusions.

What happens is the brain is coming up with patterns. Pattern recognition is a real thing from the human brain. These inkblots are an interesting thing because it allows the mind to realize something that is not right but still think something is hidden.
